1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CodifyUI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CodifyUI is an AI-powered service that converts UI screenshots into production-ready code. The Service allows users to upload images and receive generated code in various frameworks including Next.js, React, and HTML with styling options like Tailwind CSS and plain CSS.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each code generation consumes one credit. Credits are purchased through subscription plans or individual credit packs.

4.2 Pricing

Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been used are not eligible for refund.

4.4 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CodifyUI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the code generated by our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.3 Generated Code

The code generated by our Service is provided to you for your use. You may use, modify, and distribute the generated code without restriction. However, we do not guarantee that the generated code is free from third-party intellectual property claims.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7.2 Code Quality

While we strive to generate high-quality code, we do not guarantee that the generated code will be error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before use in production.

7.3 "As Is" Basis

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CODIFYUI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CodifyUI and its licensors and licensees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CodifyUI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
